Your answer
72 °F =22.22 °C
- Celsius
- 22.22 °C
- Fahrenheit
- 72 °F
- Kelvin
- 295.37 K
The math behind it: Temperature
°C = (°F - 32) x 5/9 °F = °C x 9/5 + 32 K = °C + 273.15
Unlike most conversions, temperature needs an offset as well as a multiplier, because the scales have different zero points. Water freezes at 32 °F, 0 °C and 273.15 K.
