Privacy Policy

Calculator Heaven is a set of free tools run by Vellenue LLC. You do not need an account to use them, and we never ask who you are. This page sets out, in plain English, what does and does not happen to your information on calculatorheaven.com.
The numbers you type stay with you
All of our converters and calculators do their work inside your browser. Your weight, height, age, due date, recipe quantities, grades or anything else you enter never leaves your device. We do not receive it, we do not save it, and it disappears when you close or refresh the page.
That includes the health tools. Nothing you enter into the BMI, body fat, calorie or pregnancy calculators is shared with us or with anyone else. Passwords made with the password generator are created on your device and are never sent anywhere.
The search box is local too: it looks through a list of our page names on your device, so what you search for is not sent to us.
Cookies: only if you say yes
On your first visit, a bar at the bottom of the screen asks whether we may count your visit using Google Analytics cookies. Say no, or just carry on without answering, and Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are placed on your device.
Say yes, and Google Analytics 4 records things like the pages you open, the type of device and browser you use, the rough area you are visiting from and the website that sent you here. It never records what you type into a calculator. Its cookies are small text files holding a random number that tells Google you are the same visitor as before; they do not hold your name or email address. The information goes to Google, which explains what it does with it in the Google Privacy Policy and on its page about sites that use Google services.
We remember your answer in your browser's local storage so we do not have to keep asking. Changed your mind? Use the "Cookie choices" link at the foot of any page. If you switch from yes to no, the analytics cookies are deleted.
What else is collected
Technical logs
Our pages are served by Vercel, a web hosting company. To send you a page, its servers have to see your IP address, your browser type and which page you asked for. Vercel keeps logs of this for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to work out who anyone is.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we will see your address and your message, and we will use them to answer you. That is all. We do not run a newsletter and will not add you to any list.
Ads
Calculator Heaven is free, and advertising from Google AdSense may help pay for it. On pages where ads appear, Google and the advertising companies it works with use cookies to show ads based on your past visits to this and other websites.
If you would rather not see personalized ads, you can switch them off in Google Ads Settings. The page at aboutads.info/choices lets you do the same for many other ad companies.
More ways to say no
Every tool on this site works with cookies turned off. As well as the cookie bar, you can:
- block or clear cookies in your browser's settings;
- add Google's free Analytics opt-out add-on to your browser;
- browse in a private or incognito window, which throws cookies away when you close it.
Things we never do
- We never ask for your name, email address or card details to use a tool.
- We never sell your information.
- We never see or keep the numbers you put into a calculator.
Where your information goes
We run the site from the United States, and the companies mentioned on this page handle information in the United States and other countries. If you are visiting from somewhere else, details of your visit will be handled outside your home country.
Your rights
Laws in many places, including the EU, the UK and several US states, give you the right to ask what personal information an organization holds about you, to have it corrected or removed, and to object to how it is used. We hold no accounts, so in most cases there is nothing we can tie to you personally, but write to contact@calculatorheaven.com and we will do what we can.
For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: we use analytics cookies only with your consent, which you can take back whenever you like through "Cookie choices". We handle server logs and emails because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and replying to people who write to us. You can also complain to your national data protection authority if you think we have got something wrong.
Younger visitors
Our tools are made for everyone and are handy for homework, but the site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this page changes
When we add a new service or change how something works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
